ADDITIONAL FEES

Security Fees apply to all events held after normal Museum hours:
$135/hour (3 security guards @ $45/hour each)
Piano Tuning: $120
Use of Museum Service Kitchen: $100 per event

GENERAL INFORMATION

Basic fee provides for a 3 hour event
Additional hours billed at $125/hour
Basic fee includes administration, utilities, custodial and table and
chair set-up charges
Security and maintenance charges of $45 per person, per hour will apply
after 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and after 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
No open bar or self-service permitted
No open flame, including propane, candles or sterno may be used in
The State Museum of Pennsylvania
Reasonable allowances are made for decorating and set-up without
charging overtime.
