Seated: 150 persons @ up to 15 tables of 10

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Security Fees apply to all events held after normal Museum hours:
    $135/hour (3 security guards @ $45/hour each)
  • Piano Tuning: $120
  • Use of Museum Service Kitchen: $100 per event

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Basic fee provides for a 3 hour event
  • Additional hours billed at $125/hour
  • Basic fee includes administration, utilities, custodial and table and
    chair set-up charges
  • Security and maintenance charges of $45 per person, per hour will apply
    after 5:30 p.m. Monday  to Friday and after 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
  • No open bar or self-service permitted
  • No open flame, including propane, candles or sterno may be used in
    The State Museum of Pennsylvania
  • Reasonable allowances are made for decorating and set-up without
    charging overtime.
  • Full payment must be received one week in advance of event - payable to:
