ADDITIONAL FEES
- Security Fees apply to all events held after normal Museum hours:
$135/hour (3 security guards @ $45/hour each)
- Piano Tuning: $120
- Use of Museum Service Kitchen: $100 per event
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Basic fee provides for a 3 hour event
- Additional hours billed at $125/hour
- Basic fee includes administration, utilities, custodial and table and
chair set-up charges
- Security and maintenance charges of $45 per person, per hour will apply
after 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and after 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
- No open bar or self-service permitted
- No open flame, including propane, candles or sterno may be used in

- Reasonable allowances are made for decorating and set-up without
charging overtime.
- Full payment must be received one week in advance of event - payable to:
